We have been the managers of Sunnybank Heights units for almost four years and during that time Rhonda Madden and her team have sold in excess of 35 properties of the 64 units in our letting pool. All of these sold to investors and the management rights remained with us. Rhonda has sold several properties to overseas investors using the internet.
